Unless otherwise stated in the description or agreed in communications with the seller **Carriage excludes Highlands and Islands, Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands with post codes of :- AB4, 5,31,33,35-38,44,45,51-56, FK18-21, G84, IV1-28, 30-36, 40,52-54, 63, KA27,28, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-22,25,26,30-41,49,50, TR21-25 which cost us a little more in delivery charges.
Please supply us with your postcode to enable us to quote you for the cost of carriage to your highland or Island UK home.
Deliveries will usually be made on weekdays only and between 8am and 6pm. If you are not available to sign for the goods, our delivery agent will leave a card at your home, confirming that they have tried to deliver the consignment. The card will have contact details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their local depot to you or to arrange a convenient time for them to re-deliver, at your own cost. The goods will only be held at the carriers' depot for a limited period of time. Please respond within the timescale stated on the card.
We accept debit and credit cards, cheques or postal orders and Paypal payments. Time must be allowed for cheques to clear before the item is dispatched. We will accept postal orders but they are at your own risk. You must send them to us by recorded delivery.
Our 14 day return policy is subject to your prompt action. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was dispatched to you. All costs of carriage incurred by the buyer will not be refunded. Any item that has been dispatched for a period of 14 days or more will not be accepted for return. If you receive a damaged or faulty item we must be advised immediately. You have a duty of care, it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Your machine will be fully prepared for you in our workshops, ready for immediate use for when you receive it, unless otherwise agreed. We are 100% confident that you will be delighted with your new purchase. Our confidence is such that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase when you receive it we will offer you a full refund, or an exchange for another machine of the same value. You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to return the merchandise. The cost and responsibility of returning the machine to us, within 14 days from the day after you have notified us, is entirely your obligation. Please be advised that you have a duty of care and that you should make every effort, in the interim, to care for the machine so that it is returned to us in the same condition as it was supplied. Biker Warehouse will not refund any of the costs of carriage that are incurred by the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for any remedial work that may be necessary.
